Product Design: Our Design Team get inspiration from professional clothing website, to understand customer’s style of fashion, and facilitate our products to meet the market demands.

New Collection: Designers are committed to explore fashion styles, new fabrics trend, patterns, and to make recommendation to customers.

Sampling: We keep up with the fashion trends and select the hot, popular (or use best-selling) products, take initiative to buy original styles that suitable to customer.

Pattern Design: Once the customer’s concept and seasonal theme are defined, our team will design the pattern, with size, colourway and present CAD artwork for their preview.

Fabric Sourcing: After evaluating the fabric spec, even via a photo, our team analysis the nature of the fabric, and advise the fabric quality, seasonal colourways combination, possible problems that may occur during production. We will provide the most well suited fabrics for suggestion.

Fabric Instructions: All bulk fabric are required to be 100% inspected before cutting to ensure the quality is satisfactory.

Quality Controls : We do our best to maintain the high standard of quality. Our QC team are well experienced and full of responsibility, they control the total process of production. AQL 2.5 standard is strictly followed when QC are doing the inspection.

Pre-Production: Before production, we make pre-production sample as per customer’s comments and remarks. Once the sample is approved by Customers, QC Manager, Merchandiser, and Pattern Maker, then proceed to bulk production. The first lot of finished goods will be inspected to ensure bulk quality, production spec and workmanship are correct, or solve the problems if pick up any.

Our team have rich and extensive experience in Customs Clearance procedures, and willing to offer direct shipping service to customer. We also work together with client’s assigned agent if needed.
